Great job on the 2 podcasts! With Marina, the biggest thing I took away with my notes was the 3 questions you can ask when people go to join a FB group you start. You listed 2 and I’ve already decided what my 3rd question will be. FB group will be a goal for me.
With Jay, it was such a great interview. The EMDR therapy thing is something I’ve always wondered about but glad you brought up mental health in general as a part of a healthy business owner. Thanks for sharing both!
