    Awesome podcast once again and very timely for me. I’ve been told by a couple people that meditation would be great for me for I am also that “gotta move, brain goes a mile a minute” type of person. But always thought it would be very hard to quiet my mind. Loved her idea of just being mindful of what’s going on around you through different senses and trying short sessions of meditation.
