Boost up your marketing efforts

Time to kick it into high gear. At first, it is going to be a very big balancing act. You need to give up a small part of your business so that you can get your new staff’s feet wet. It works out great because you don’t want to overwhelm them, but still “test the waters” A great way to do this is to boost your networking efforts by having successful booths at events!

Let them take on the new clients and then you can keep the old. This works really well for all involved. Think about it. Your new clients aren’t “missing” you because you were never their pet sitter.

It is really as easy as that. Find the right people (people who want supplemental income), and introduce them right to your clients and everything will be great!
