Hey, so I need to talk to you this episode and it’s gonna be a little bit different from what we normally do. And I want you all to really listen. I understand that a lot of you are probably doing laundry, driving around, walking dogs, like getting the kid from school, but like I want you to listen up because I’m gonna throw a lot at you today. It’s gonna feel a little bit doom and gloomy, but it’s not intended that way. It’s actually intended to be very empowering.

So stick with me all through this episode and I promise to give you a direction. The world is shifting right now. And if you’re a business owner who uses AI, which if you’re listening to this show, you probably are, then what is happening is gonna be directly affecting you. And I’m not gonna be dramatic, okay? I’m gonna literally tell you the facts and then I’m gonna distill it, strain it down to exactly how this is gonna help your business, okay? So let’s just…

paint the picture right now, the state of the world. So let me like that. We’ll set the stage here. Okay. And I’m going to also keep it at high level. I’m not going to get into politics. I’m going to give you the facts that matter for your business. And if you’re listening to this in the future, I am recording this in March of 2026. I am so interested in what my future self thinks about this episode and how things are going to develop over time because it is

the most exciting and wild time to ever have a business. I’ve said that before and I keep, I will keep saying that. All right, so let’s go. So Anthropic, they’re the company who makes Claude, all right? And it’s one of the AI tools that I use every single day. If you follow me on my Facebook page, you’ll see that I am like, I wanna marry Claude. Not really, but, and I feel like Claude is talking to an intentional adult and I feel like ChatGBT is like an ADHD,

five year old, okay? And they’re very, very different. That’s not to say that they both don’t have their strengths and weaknesses. But listen, this week the Department of War, that’s what we’re calling it now, wanted Anthropic to give military unrestricted access to Claude’s AI technology. And the Anthropic CEO said, no, he drew two red lines. He said, one, Claude cannot be used for mass domestic surveillance on American citizens.

Bella Vasta (02:23.424)
And two, that it cannot be used to fully power autonomous weapons that make targeting and firing decisions without the human in the loop. It was also said that that was actually used in Venezuela back in February when we did that. I think it was February. And that didn’t go over well. President Trump ordered all federal agencies to stop using anthropics technology. They have a six month period to phase it out and the…

the secretary of defense, Pete Hegseth went even further and he said that he’s designating Anthropic as a supply chain risk. That label is normally reserved for foreign adversaries and has never been applied to an American company before. Now hundreds of tech workers from companies like OpenAI, IBM, Salesforce, Slack and Cursor have signed an open letter urging the government to reverse this decision. And so there’s a lot of pushback that’s happening. And on top of that,

Claude went down today. That was this morning when I’m recording this on the second of March in the morning. A major global outage. The company says it’s been dealing with unprecedented demand, which makes sense because after all this news broke, Claude actually shot to number one on the Apple App Store. People are rallying behind all of this, all right? Now this is just, this is what’s happening right now, okay? Right now, it’s really important.

to not necessarily react, but I want you guys to understand this information. so, Claude could get harder to access, whether it’s because of governmental pressure, demands from outages, or infrastructure issues, which I’ll get into a second. It’s a real thing, no matter what, it’s a real thing and it impacts your business, which is why I’m here today, okay? So now, here’s where it gets interesting, and honestly a little messy. Earlier this week, Sam Altman,

the CEO of OpenAI actually came out and praised Anthropic for taking a stand. He wrote a company memo that was seen by the BBC and it wasn’t just an Anthropic issue. It was an issue for the whole entire industry. And that was important to clarify because it’s where everyone stands. And then literally hours after Anthropic got blacklisted on Friday, OpenAI swooped in and signed a deal with the Department of War.

Bella Vasta (04:43.64)
to deploy its models in a classified military environment. So on one hand, OpenAI is saying we stand with Anthropic, and on the other hand, they’re signing a deal that Anthropic just refused to sign. Altman himself said that the deal was quote, definitely rushed, and that he did it because he wanted to deescalate things between the government and the AI industry.

Bella Vasta (05:10.914)
I used to watch all my children with my mom when I was little. This has got nothing on this. Now in all fairness, OpenAI says that the deal includes the same red lines, no mass surveillance, no autonomous weapons, and they asked the governments to make those same terms available to all AI companies, including Anthropic. So they’re framing it as we took one for the team by trying to fix this for everyone. Now, Sam says that the deal includes some same red lines, no mass surveillance, no autonomous weapons.

He says that OpenAI’s contract is actually more guardrails than the previous agreements, and they’ll keep control of their safety systems. And they deploy through the cloud only, and they have cleared up OpenAI personnel in the loop. Yes, I am reading this, you guys, because this is a lot of facts, and I need to make sure that I’m getting them correctly for you. But like, literally, let’s be real. A lot of people are not buying into this. There’s been significant backlash.

Some people have literally started campaigns to boycott Chachi BT and switch to Claude and protest. And critics are pointing out that saying we support you and then making the contract you just refused is a choice. So both of the two biggest AI platforms are now tangled up in military contracts, government drama, and public controversy. That’s the landscape that we’re living in, in March of 2026.

All right, so the war and your data centers. This is something else that gets really real that I want you guys to understand. Now as you probably know, the US and Israel launched strikes on Iran this past weekend. Guys, I have never talked about any of this on the podcast before, okay? But this is all laying the foundation for what I need you to understand as a basis of what I’m about to tell you. Okay, so Iran’s supreme leader was killed.

Iran retaliated with massive drone and missile strikes across the Middle East, hitting targets in the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and more. And one of the things that got hit, it was an Amazon Web Services data center in the UAE. Objects struck the facility, caused a fire, and knocked it offline. A second data center in the same region went down after that. AWS centers in Bahrain, I hope I’m saying that right.

Bella Vasta (07:30.71)
are also experiencing connectivity issues. Now think about that for a second, because I know you guys have all lived through when AWS goes down. It affects like a lot of websites that we use, okay? AWS is Amazon Web Services. It’s the backbone of a huge portion of the internet. It powers businesses, apps, websites, and yes, the cloud infrastructure that Anthropic runs clawed on. my goodness.

This is the first time in history that a major U.S. tech company has had a data center knocked out by military action, not like, we had an outage. This is military action. It’s not a hypothetical risk anymore. This is a real thing that happened this weekend. AWS is now telling customers to fail over to other regions and not rely on the Middle East infrastructure right now. And I have like people that I actually know that

our managers for these things that are dealing with this, they’re getting the call at two o’clock in the morning saying, things are down, we need you to help get this back up, okay? So what does this all mean for you? The bottom line is you can’t afford to have all your eggs in one basket. Not one AI platform, not one cloud provider, not one way of doing things. If Anthropic gets designated as a supply chain risk and companies that work with the military have to cut ties, that could ripple through the entire ecosystem. If Anthropic gets

design, I’m sorry, if AWS goes down in more regions because of military conflict, anything running on that infrastructure could go offline. Yes, it’ll probably will come back up. But what’s going to happen in that offline? Like you could be at a pet visit trying to access your notes and you don’t have them. If OpenAI’s deal with the Department of War creates public backlash that changes how the company operates, that affects your chat GPT workflows too. And that’s why I’ve been saying for months.

that you need more than one horse in this race. And now the world is literally proving me right in real time. Okay, so what are we gonna do about this? So now you understand why it matters to know more than one AI platform, let me give you a quick lay of the land. I’m gonna run through some major platform players and tell you what each one does and what’s different. I’m not gonna get in the weeds, that’s what my mastermind is for, but I want you to at least have a mental cap

Bella Vasta (09:53.646)
of what’s out there. All right, so we got Chat GPT OpenAI. This one’s probably the one that everyone knows the best. It’s the most popular AI chat bot in the world. In one week, it got a million users. In December of 2023, I was one of them. Hundreds of millions of people use it now. It does best. It’s like you’re all arounder. It brainstorms, idea generation, quick tasks. It has a big ecosystem and genuinely impressive real-time voice conversations. It can…

generate images with DALY and which none of the others can really do natively. All right. What you need to know is that OpenAI just signed the military deal I just mentioned and the company is also going through a restructuring to become a for-profit company. Lots of changes happening. That’s that’s just the tip of the iceberg. I could get way more into it. We’re going to just stay there for now. The next one is Claude, which is Anthropic. OK, this is the one I personally reach for when I need a deep nuance thinking and high quality writing.

What it does is Claude is a powerhouse, okay? In long form context, complex analysis, coding. I’ve literally rewritten my website on it from a coding perspective and I am not a coder. I have written my book on it. It’s beautiful, okay? I have used and abused it and stress tested it. Let me just tell you that, okay? And it’s really good for long documents and remembers a lot of stuff.

and its project feature is honestly one of the best organized ways to set up custom AI workspaces. So what you need to know is that Anthropic is in the middle of a government drama that I just told you about and Claude had a major outage today when I’m recording this, is March 2nd, Monday, March 2nd. But the tech itself, it’s incredible, okay? And the company is standing on a principle, which is why so many people are rallying behind it. Now we also have Gemini, which is by Google.

and that’s Google’s AI and it’s come a long way. Gemini 3 is basically, has basically caused the shakeup at OpenAI recently. What it does best is if you live by Google ecosystem like Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gemini integrates all of that natively. One of my favorite features of it is you could be in Gemini and you wanna like move it to an email, can instantly put it in an email for you.

Bella Vasta (12:14.892)
With the others, kind of have to like copy and paste and take all the all the code and those lines. It’s just, ugh, right? And so, and they also have tons of other programs in their labs, which is another story for another time. But what I really need you to know about Gemini is that Google’s been a bit quieter in the headlines because they’re making massive moves. Anyone who runs business on Google Workspace, this is…

a kind of no-brainer to at least be familiar with. So you’re probably already paying for Gemini. So use it, okay? Like if you have Google Workspace, you already have Gemini. Now there’s Grok by XAI, which is Elon. So Grok’s different. It’s built into the X platform, which is formally Twitter. What it does best is real-time information because it’s plugged directly into X.

it can pull up what’s trending and what’s happening right now in a way that the other models can’t. It’s also least restrictive of the major models, which means it’ll engage with topics that other AIs won’t touch, which is good and bad. And it recently got integrated into Tesla’s vehicles for voice commands. So what I want you to know about Grok is that XAI also has a deal with the Department of War for classified systems. And Grok was recently acquired by SpaceX.

and that got a reputation for being a bit spicy. It has personality. Some people love that. Some people don’t. And it’s also had issues with hallucinations and image generation controversies. It’s a $30 a month for Super Grock Plan. And then we got Manus. Manus is one of the newer and a lot of people haven’t even heard about it yet, but it’s worth knowing about. So what it does best is Manus is first of all, it’s inside Facebook or Metta.

and Manus is what’s called an autonomous AI agent. Unlike a chat bot where you go back and forth in conversation, Manus takes your goal, breaks it into steps, and just does it. It can browse the web, fill out forms, build websites, compile research, download files all on its own in the background. You don’t even have to keep your computer on. Think of it like a virtual assistant that goes and does the work. What to know, Meta acquired Manus at the end of 2025.

Bella Vasta (14:31.768)
for over $2 billion with a B, B for boy, yeah. It uses multiple AI models under the hood, including Claude, and it’s great for research heavy tasks and complex multi-step projects. And it’s not really a replacement for chat GPT or Claude, it’s more like a new category, an AI that acts, not just answers. So there’s your landscape, five major tools, each with different strengths and different risks and.

each thing’s happening behind the scenes. I know this is a lot, so please stay with me. This is why I said I need all of your attention this episode, okay? I’m really trying to take all of the drama that’s out there and bring it to you clearly, cleanly, and concisely, and make you understand why you should care, all right? So here’s my biggest takeaway from this section of the different ones. AI literacy beats AI loyalty every single time. Let me repeat myself.

AI literacy beats AI loyalty every single time. Okay? The people who are going to win are gonna be the ones who understand all of how these work, or at least more than just one. Not the ones who just pick one and like they just cross their fingers and they’re like, I’m just gonna stay on here until the boat sinks, right?

And by the way, if you don’t want to pay for three or four separate different subscriptions or you want to be able to like try them out, I really suggest you go to jumpconsulting.net forward slash Magi, M-A-G-A-I. My good friend Dustin owns that company and has for years and he’s he built it on himself. He used to be a marketer. And it’s great because you can get all of the LLMs in there.

for one price, it’s like $20 a month for the cheapest plan. And if you use my link, jumpconsulting.net forward slash magi, M-A-G-A-I, you get 30 % off for the first three months, which makes all of them $14. We can talk about that later. I’m gonna keep moving on. All right, so the mindset shift that comes with everything. So now that you know everything that’s going on in the world and with the government and you know a brief understanding of like the five major models, okay.

Bella Vasta (16:50.446)
Now we need to talk about the thing that actually holds people back from being multi-platform, which is my whole entire reason for doing this episode today. So please listen up, all right? It’s not the technology, because they’re all actually pretty easy. It’s not the money, because if you really think about it, most of these models are $20. you, fight me. Tell me that this does not make you $20.

immediately, okay, with the work that it can do for you. Your AI definitely is worth $20 a month, okay? So it’s not the technology, and it’s not the money, and it’s not the time. It’s the belief that you’re somehow trapped. Like, I don’t know, like, I’ve never seen so much in the past week, everyone says, how do I switch? How do I switch? Like, we’re switching internet providers, or we’re switching cell phone contractors.

That’s not it, okay? It’s the belief that somehow you’re trapped. This is what we need to switch in our mind, and this is what I’m here for. And I hear this all the time, but Bella, I’ve spent months training chat GPT. I can’t start over, or it knows my voice, it knows my projects, it knows how I work, or switching platforms is like switching from Apple to Android. And lovingly, no, none of that’s true, you guys.

Like let’s start with Apple to Android comparison because I hear it all the time, all right? When you switch smartphones, you’re changing an entire ecosystem and it is like learning a whole new language and a whole new way of working, okay? Your apps, your muscle memory, your accessories, your workflow, it’s a massive disruption. But switching AI platforms, you’re just opening a different browser, that’s it. The interface looks a little different, the button is in a different spot, but the work is the same and your brain.

is all the same, you guys. And here’s the thing about chat GPT, knowing you. That memory is just a tech summary of your preferences. Your custom GPTs, it’s just instructions and uploaded files. That’s it. There’s no magic. There’s no secret sauce. It’s text and text that’s portable. This is the mindset shift I need you to make right now. You, you, my friend, my listener, my jumper.

Bella Vasta (19:07.764)
You are the operating system. The AI is just an app. Okay? You are the operating system. The AI is just an app. Your frameworks, your processes, your expertise, your voice, all that lives inside of you, not chat GPT or Claude or Gemini. It’s in you. This AI tool that executes your vision,

The AI tool executes your vision. It has to be directed by someone and that is you. And just like you wouldn’t panic about switching from one drill to another drill or one brand to like a store brand to a main brand or something, don’t panic about this because switching a platform is not the end of the world. And that’s why I love Magi because if you’re like, oh, well, I don’t know.

You can go do both of them. Honestly, the way that I use it, and I really do believe that we should be multifaceted here, is that when one doesn’t give me the answer I want, I go to the other one. When mom says no, I go to dad. True. But that doesn’t happen. Or I have a project and I’m like, you know what? This one would be great for this project because I’ve spent the time in getting to know them. Okay? And I’m not just saying this theory, theoretically, like I did this when I first realized that operating across

ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, I literally had my VA go into every single one of my custom GPTs, pull out all the instructions, downloaded all the knowledge files, they’re in our Google Drive, and replicate them across the platform. So she took the GPT from Chat and she made a project inside Claude and a gem inside Gemini. It’s that simple. It’s not like you have to figure out this whole new world. It’s the same, okay?

It took her couple hours and now no matter which school I pick on any given day, it has the same understanding of how I work. I go to where the best output is for that specific task. That’s freedom. That’s AI literacy. And that’s what I want to empower you with this episode today is to be AI literate. Okay. So, all right. How do you, I know some of you are saying like, okay, great. Okay. So how do I do it? I wrote a full step blog with the exact prompts for everything.

Bella Vasta (21:31.34)
and I’ll link it in the show notes. But let me give you a really quick version here. Step one, get your master blueprint. So open a new chat in ChatGPT and ask it for a comprehensive persona guide based on everything it knows about you. Your writing style, your project frameworks, your work preferences, your communication style. Tell it to format the whole thing as a markdown file. A markdown file is because it’s a universal format that every AI platform…

reads natively. It’s clean, it’s lightweight, there’s no weird formatting issues. I explain this more in the blog post. Step two is export your custom GPT. So open up every single GPT, hit edit, copy the instructions, download the knowledge files, that’s it. It’s like 30 seconds per GPT. Step three, set up your new workspace. In Cloud, create a project, paste your blueprint into the project instructions and upload your files. You can even call it the same thing.

And Gemini created Gem, same instructions, same files, done. You just rebuilt months worth of training in 15 minutes. Don’t overthink this, and if you have questions, message me. I’m everywhere on the internet. Now I’m literally keeping this very high level on a purpose, because the blog has exact prompts, step-by-step screenshots, all of that. And if you want someone to actually walk you through it and optimize your whole AI system, that’s what my mastermind’s for. That’s where we go deep, or that’s where…

one-on-one intensives with me are. But to the point, the mechanics of moving is not hard. You really don’t need me for that, honestly. I mean, you can pay me if you want, but I really prefer not to take your money on that because it’s easy. And hopefully the strategy and the mindset is the part that you really need someone good in your ear on. All right, so let me bring this all home for you. The world’s changing fast. We have AI companies tangled up in the military. We’ve got data centers getting hit by missiles.

Gosh darn it, this is just a lot, isn’t it? this is a podcast, I’m gonna keep going, I’m not gonna tell you guys to breathe right now. I’m gonna breathe when I’m done with this podcast. We’ve got platforms going down, we’ve got government agencies being told to stop using certain tools. It’s not the time to be loyal to one app, it’s the time to be loyal to your own business and your own strategy that’s in your brain and your own operating system, which is your brain.

Bella Vasta (23:52.302)
Okay? It’s the time to be smart. It’s the time to be flexible, to literally be across multiple platforms. And you don’t have to figure it out alone. That’s why I’m here. That’s why I’m talking about this today on my podcast. No one else is talking about this in the industry. They’re not. It’s a scary thing to talk about. It’s scary for me. like, what if I,

ostracize people. Some people are like, Bella, just, don’t want to listen to you anymore. You’re too much AI. I had to draw that line in the sand a long time ago. And this is where I stand right now. I stand for your business. I stand for your knowledge and your empowerment. All right. And I can tell you from experience that the business owners who are going to thrive through all this chaos are the ones that stay curious, the ones who stay flexible.

The ones who surround themselves with people who are a few steps ahead of them, with people whom they might not agree with, but they’re open-minded to hearing just different points of view. I don’t follow people, all the people that I follow, I don’t agree with them on everything. But it’s really great to be able to shape the view of my world and tech in a way that is well-rounded. And then I get to give it to you, which I actually really enjoy doing, so thank you.

And what I want you to do right now is I want you to go read that blog post. I’ll put the link in the show notes. It has every prompt and step, the exact playbook for making your AI portable. And if this episode fired you up, please send it to one person who’s been stuck or wants to know about AI. Please subscribe if you haven’t already. And please, please, please. Yes, this is me begging you. Can you please leave a review?

wherever you listen to your podcasts. I would really, really appreciate that. All right, so this belongs to the people who learned how to think with AI, no matter which tool they’re holding. That’s who the future belongs to. The people who learned how to think with AI, no matter which tool they’re holding. This is your operating system. Thanks for tuning in.

Bella Vasta (26:14.23)
And remember when life gets you down to always keep jumping. Bye now.
